Our Philosophy

We believe that Pilates should be affordable for everyone. We encourage people to learn the fundamental exercises and routines to be able to perform them in a private, group or self directed practice session.

If desired, you may choose to take only private lessons. We encourage independence and knowledge of use of the springs and adjustment of the equipment. This helps a person become more responsible and aware of the exercise routine promoting good posture, flexibility, toning, and breathing. This strengthens the body, helping the person towards a healthier lifestyle.
